Is It Spring Yet?

The pairing of two classic colors (black and blue) makes for an effortless winter-to-spring transitional outfit. Blue has always been my favorite color, so not surprisingly, all shades of blue from cobalt to ocean-inspired aqua are on my trend radar for spring 2013. (Water prints are something to watch out for this spring!) Fortunately, blue also works well for brightening dreary winter days.
